Below is a cool picture gallery and Youtube video at the top of Mount Mansfield in Stowe, Vermont. Known for it’s great winter downhill skiing, Stowe is also popular for hiking and sightseeing in the summer and fall. I drove up the toll road on Mount Mansfield, then hiked the 1.4 miles to the summit peak.

The hike is pretty easy with only a few steep rocky places. Make sure you stay on the trail as the sparse vegetation is fragile and off limits to walking on. You can bring your dog but keep it on a leash.
