Hello and welcome to Vermont Maple Products. My name is Marice Perrault, and I was born and raised in the green mountains of Vermont. I am married to a fantastic girl that somehow puts up with me. We have 3 beautiful daughters, who also somehow manage to tolerate me!

I live on a large tract of woodland in Fairfield, Vt. I have always had a love for pure Vt. maple syrup, and have done maple sugaring for a few years now. I built my own maple sugaring house a few years back, with help from a friend. He also puts up with me, why I’ll never know!

Anyway I made this site to give anyone who wants to know some facts and information about where pure Vermont maple syrup comes from, and how we process it. I also will talk about all the other fun and interesting things you can see and do in this great state.
